Korean consumer-protection rules for online sales do not apply to purchases a business makes for its trade (Art. 3, Korean E-Commerce Act). If you are in fact buying for personal use, those protections still apply regardless of this box. We check the business details you enter.
We check EU VAT numbers once with the European Commission’s VIES service. If the check fails or the service is unavailable, we quote with 10% Korean VAT and send a corrected quote once the number is confirmed.
