What we collect (business purchases)

Company name, country, address, business registration or tax ID, contact email. For zero-rated international sales, proof of business status and of the foreign-currency wire.

Why

To issue quotes, Korean tax invoices and invoices, to verify business details, and to determine and document zero-rating of Korean VAT.

How long

Domestic transaction records and tax invoices 5 years; international transactions and zero-rating evidence 7 years (Korean Framework Act on National Taxes Art. 85-3; VAT Act Art. 71). Deleted afterwards.

Checks

If you enter an EU VAT number we send only the country code and number to the European Commission’s VIES service once to confirm it is valid, and use the result only as evidence for that transaction. Without a number we do not check and quote with 10% Korean VAT.

Storage and transfer abroad

The site and its data are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Items: as above. When/how: at quote or order time over encrypted connections. Purpose: providing the service. Retention: as above.

Sharing

We do not share your data except where required by law (e.g. tax filings).
